Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship within the United States, but we’re working on delivering great hair to more countries. Stay tuned by subscribing!
Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please cancel your order as soon as possible. If you are no longer able to do so, please reach out to email@example.com and we will do our best to assist.
Where's my package?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to easily track your package. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received our email. If you have not received an email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged, broken, or we shipped the wrong item, please email email@example.com and share some pictures with us. We will take extensive measures to minimize such errors during fulfillment and will send a replacement right away!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Visa. We will enable new options soon.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Please select another payment method or wait a few minutes, we’ll save your order for you for a bit!
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Absolutely! Go to your account, select “saved payment methods,” delete the one you want to remove and add another one to continue with your order.

Fueled by science and inspired by Latino natural remedies passed down through generations, Lu is on a mission to conceive the next frontier of what your hair products should do for you. As part of the Lu story, we created a novela series called Lu: The Power Of Us™. Lu is a young Latina woman who graduated from UCLA and is driven by her family values and traditions. She develops a haircare line specially designed to empower women through their hair, making every hair mood and hairstyle possible.

Yes, and may we say we love that you care about this?! We chose the most recycled plastic on the planet, PET, and are working on making our packaging even more eco-friendly in the future.
