How long will this program be in effect for?

The “One of Us” by LatinUs Beauty questionnaire program will be in effect for 6 months. By completing a minimum of 5 questionnaires throughout the time period by the final date (September 30th) you will be eligible for a free Lu Collection of your choice!

How many questionnaires will be sent out?

The Lu team will be sending out 8 total questionnaires over a 6 month period. In order to be eligible for your free Lu Collection of your choice, you must complete 5 of the 8 questionnaires sent out before the questionnaires close on September 30th.

What is the purpose of this questionnaire program?

Our goal with this questionnaire program is to learn more about our loyal customers and target consumers so we can adequately develop the best products & services, as well as the best means of communication that provide valuable information for you. By participating, we will learn how to best serve YOU and cater to YOUR wants and needs!

What will the questionnaires be about?

There will be a variety of themes for each of our questionnaires sent out. Our main priority is to learn about your wants, needs, values, and expectations.

Will my personal information be shared with anyone?

No. Your privacy is of the utmost importance. We will not share or use your personal information and will use the information acquired for research purposes only.

What happens if I don’t complete each questionnaire by their individual deadline?

The deadlines are just to keep you on track so you aren’t overwhelmed with too many at one time. If you still have access to the email for each survey, you can take all of them as long as they are all completed by the final deadline of September 30th, 2023.

I began receiving emails about the questionnaires but I didn’t begin on the first questionnaire. What should I do to be eligible?

Send us an email letting us know and we will go ahead and share the ones you are missing.
