If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Website.

Purpose of the Website.  The Website is provided solely for retail, entertainment, and informational purposes and the purposes of enabling communication between you and LatinUs. The information provided is intended to be general in nature and does not necessarily address all the terms, exclusions, and conditions applicable to our products and services.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information at any particular time.  Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. LatinUs disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such content by you or any other visitor to our Website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents. Any information you provide or that is collected by LatinUs through the Website shall be handled in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

Use of the Website.  LatinUs grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Website and the data, material, content or information herein (collectively, the “Content”) solely for your personal use. Your right to access and use the Website shall be limited to non-commercial purposes unless you are otherwise expressly authorized by LatinUs to use the Website for commercial purposes. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, comply with all rules governing any transactions on and through the Website and comply with applicable laws.

Online Store and Products.  By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.  Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Website.  These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our returns policy (see “Refunds” section below).  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.  We cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display of any color will be accurate.  We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.  We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.  All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.  Any offer for any product or service made on this Website is void where prohibited.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.  You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and corresponding expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Optional Tools.  We may provide you with access to third-party tools.  These third-party tools are monitored and controlled by third parties and not LatinUs.  You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.  We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Your use of these third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). 

Refunds. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lu products! If you feel that a product you purchased doesn't perform the way you expect, please contact us at orders@latinusbeauty.com. We love to hear your feedback; trust us when we say we are always eager to improve. Our goal is to transform your hair, so you can feel empowered and confident with your everyday look! 

Refund Policy

In the rare case that you're not happy with your purchase, let us know within 20 days of the original ship date for a full refund.  

• You don't need to return the product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Items must be purchased directly on latinusbeauty.com. Unfortunately, we cannot receive returns or process exchanges on Amazon US. Please contact their customer service team for information on their return policy.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Begin by filling this survey. Your feedback helps us improve to create a better experience for our community.
2. Send an email to orders@latinusbeauty.com with your name & order number (if you don't have your order number, please send your email with your name and address).
3. In case of damaged items, please share visual proof. 
4. Our team will reach out to you shortly after. We will do our best to make sure you are paired with the right product, get a full refund or get store credit.

Shipping is always non-refundable.

Note: It may take some time before the bank issues the refund to your account.

Damaged, broken, or wrong items.  If your product is damaged, broken, or we shipped the wrong item, share some pictures with us at orders@latinusbeauty.com. We will take extensive measures to minimize such errors during fulfillment and will send a replacement right away!

Once you have provided this information to us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your survey or pictures. We will also notify you of our resolution of your inquiry.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you need to make a change or cancel an existing order, please contact orders@latinusbeauty.com and add your order number and name.

Termination and Restriction of Access. In its sole discretion, LatinUs may terminate or suspend your access to the Website for breach of these Terms. LatinUs shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from any such termination of service.

Arbitration. At its sole discretion, LatinUs may require you to submit any disputes arising from use of the Website, or breach of these Terms, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Ohio law.  By using the Website, you hereby consent to submission of any dispute to be final and binding arbitration.

General. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LatinUs as a result of these Terms or use of the Website.  You may not assign these Terms without the prior written consent of LatinUs in all instances.  LatinUs may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time.  LatinUs’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms is in derogation of LatinUs’s right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Website or information provided to or gathered by LatinUs with respect to such use. 

If any part of these Terms are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.
