Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our current Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to COVID-19, we will contact you via email.
We deliver to the contiguous states and offer FREE standard shipping, regardless of the items in your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S. but this may change soon since we want to reach Latinas worldwide. Stay tuned for updates!
Customs, Duties and Taxes
You will be charged any applicable taxes during checkout. There are no additional fees to be paid once your Lu products are on their way!
Damages
Even though LatinUs Beauty LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we will make sure that you have a positive experience buying with us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and reach out to us immediately at orders@latinusbeauty.com. We will reach out to you within 2 business days to solve this for you. Your trust is invaluable to us!
