- If you use more than one discount code using the same credit card, email, or address, your order will be cancelled.

- Customers must have an eligible address in the US. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

You will pay $5.95 for shipping and handling.
8. Why should I pay for shipping and handling?
Giving free shipping is not within our current capabilities and we want to be transparent about what you’re paying for. We invest heavily in our formulas by using exceptional ingredients and manufacturing in a state-of-the-art facility to control quality and ensure ethical practices. You will feel the difference because our formulas are different. In fact, they are exceptional, and yet our products are affordable. Giving free shipping would prevent us from being able to do all of these things at once. That being said, give our promo a chance, we promise you it’s worth it!

14. Are your products vegan?
Our formulas are plant-based. However, we source our silk through traditional processes and this prevents us from being able to call the formulas vegan.
15. Do you test on animals?
We are a cruelty-free brand and always will be. We do not test on animals and never ask others to do so on our behalf. In fact, our collagen and keratin are plant-based, which we totally love!
16. Do your products contain silicones?
No silicones, just tons of goodness.
17. Do Lu products contain sulfates?
Every Lu product is sulfate-free and free of other nasties, too.
18. Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly made in California.
19. Does Lu work for hair loss?
Lu products prevent hair loss due to breakage, but they are not formulated to treat other types of hair loss. In a healthy scalp, each hair grows from a hair follicle and goes through a natural cycle of growth (anagen phase), transition (catagen), and fall (telogen). Lu products have Impossible Keratin™, which strengthens hair and helps minimize breakage during these cycles in a normal scalp.
