We offer FREE standard shipping and handling.

Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship within the United States, but we’re working on delivering great hair to more countries. Stay tuned by subscribing!

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

You will be taxed during checkout according to your state's laws and regulations. 

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please cancel your order as soon as possible. If you are no longer able to do so, please reach out to and we will try to assist.  

Where's my package?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to easily track your package. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received our email.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged, broken, or we shipped the wrong item, share some pictures with us here. We will take extensive measures to minimize such errors during fulfillment and will send a replacement right away!
